The hotel location is excellent. I exited the train station and was immediately across the street. The mini bar offered complimentary items, a very useful perk. The shower was good.

the staff was helpful! our room had complimentary snacks and drinks. the location allowed easy walking to many points of interest. i found it convenient! the mini bar was free! it even had fresh milk for tea and coffee.
my room felt dark. there weren't many windows. it made the room less appealing.

The location was central , providing easy access to local attractions. The complimentary minibar was stocked with good local beverages , a very nice touch after a day of exploring.
Our room felt a bit small , it lacked space to comfortably accommodate luggage. The restaurant staff , while generally polite , seemed a little slow during peak hours.

the hotel is close to the train station. i found a complimentary mini bar fully stocked. the room included a top end hair dryer plus a clothes steamer. reception staff provided helpful service throughout my visit.
the non slip shower mat seemed ineffective and i was concerned about potential slips.

The hotel is near Waverly Bridge. This made it easy, as the airport bus dropped me off close by. I received a champagne glass upon check in along with a voucher for two more glasses later. The complimentary minibar was also useful.

the location was convenient for travel I was close to the railway station. the minibar was complimentary I found that very useful. the shower was good I had no issues with water pressure or temperature.
my room was quite dark it felt a little cramped. the bathroom was small after showering water spread onto the floor. the mattress was too firm for me I found it difficult to sleep well.
